The Mahana Story
What is Poké?
Poke (pronounced poe keh) is the Hawaiian verb for “section” or “to slice or cut”. Traditional poke bowls feature tuna or salmon, garnished with seaweed, cucumber, avocado, or tobiko and served over rice or greens.
Mahana’s modern twist on classic poke offerings include additional protein choices of chicken, steak or tofu and innovative toppings such as shelled edamame, almonds and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy drizzled sauces ranging from sweet soy to creamy togarashi.
If you aren’t feeling like a bowl get the same great flavors in a roll. The combinations are endless, delicious and healthful.
